Delivery Charges:
Custom Catering offers free delivery to the Hobart CBD and surrounding areas.We deliver free as far East as Cambridge, North to Bridgewater & South to Kingston. A delivery surcharge will apply for areas outside of these areas.
Delivery Times:
Custom Catering will deliver 5 Days (Monday to Friday) a week between the hours of 7.00am & 6.00pm. Deliveries outside of these hours will be by negotiation. Weekend orders are by negotiation and therefore cannot be entered via the shopping cart, phone or email contact is required for these orders.
Terms of Trade:
All orders are to be paid by Credit Card at point of order unless a Credit Account has been granted. Any credit account will be Nett 7 Days from months end.
GST:
All prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable GST.
Order Alteration:
Custom Catering will always try to accomodate changes in catering numbers. Changes must be notified by 3.00pm the day prior to the orders delivery date.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellation fees will apply once your catering order has been confirmed via email. The cancellation fees will cover any out of pocket expenses that Custom Catering has incurred in relationship to the order.
Pricing Fluctuations:
All prices are correct at the time of printing and are quoted on current costs. These may vary at anytime. Due to seasonal and supplier shortages Custom Catering reserves the right to alter or adapt menu's and services as it see's fit.
Same Day Orders:
Custom Catering will always endeavour to cater for same day orders, please call us for a quick response to your requirements.
Lost or Broken Equipment:
Lost or broken equipment will be charged at replacement cost. This includes our platters and lids which your order is supplied on.
